Doctor of Engineering Science, Professor of the Mining Department.

He was born in 1970 in Dnepropetrovsk. In 1987, he enrolled at the Dnipropetrovsk State University at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics, specialty "Dynamics and Strength of Machines". He graduated from the University in 1992 and continued to work there as an engineer of second category. Beyond that, he worked in various commercial organizations providing services in the field of information technology. In 1996, he joined to the National Mining University. Since 2004, he has been working at the Mining Department, where in 2008 he defended his thesis.

He engaged in scientific developments in several areas, including: system and data management in computer networks; security of transmitted data; process control of mineral processing; calculation of the stability of underground structures in conditions of minimum safety factor supporting structure; development and simulation elements of unconventional types of mine support. At this stage, research activities are focused on the development of technological systems that allow arbitrary provide a stable, reliable and safe production of coal in the conditions of unstable rock surrounding seam production. The problem is considered as a set of factors acting on the object of study in time and space. A solution to the problem is reduced to multi-criteria analysis of mutual influence of process sequences and resulting changes of the rock massif.

Total amount of research works is about 130, among them: articles, monographs, textbooks and manuals, patents for inventions. He participated and carried out reports on 27 international scientific conferences.
