Assistant Professor at the Department of Mining Engineering and Education.

    He was born on January 23, 1992. In 2009 he entered National Mining University at the Mining Department. In 2015 he successfully defended his master thesis on the topic «Investigation of the mechanism of the roof support loading in stopes and development workings at the mine «Samarska» colliery group «Ternivske» and received the diploma of mining engineer with honours.

    Lysenko Roman entered the Master’s degree programme of triple certification «Advanced mineral resources development». In addition to National Mining University, he simultaneously graduated from two oldest mining universities of Europe – «Montanuniversitat Leoben» in Austria and «TU Bergakademie Freiberg» in Germany. At the end of the programme, he received three diplomas from the specialty «Mining and extraction of minerals».

    During the study Roman also graduated from the Department of military training and was attained the rank of lieutenant of the reserve.

    He is fluent in professional English and takes part in international exchange programs and internships, belongs to the group of the development of International Relations of the Department.

     Concurrently, Roman works as a junior scientific officer on the topic «Development of scientific foundations of phase transitions of technological and natural gas hydrates and the creation of new technologies of their extraction».

     Topic of scientific research of the PhD student related to the study of the process of hydrate formation and development of gas extraction technologies from natural gas hydrate deposits.

     In 2012, Roman was a partici­pant of the international conference of young researchers «Topical Issues of Rational Use of Natural Resources» held in St. Petersburg (Russia). In 2013 he took part in the international scientific and practical conference «XXII Szkola Eksplotacji Podziemnej» held in the city Krakow (Poland). He has two publications in international editions.
